This is the one kind of binulad here in roxas city. It's called Dilis, it is one of the favorite of Capizenos.

This one is a another kind of Binulad, in hiligaynon we usually call it "Pakas" and it is also an favorite of
capizenos. It is milkfish which is of course dried under the sun.

This one is called "Tabagak"

Dayok(Shrimp Paste)

Dayok or also known as shrimp paste or Bagoong. This is a good Ingredient to many other dishes. Here in Roxas City the Capital Seafood of the Philippines, the community focuses on how to make the demand more high in the market

This is a "Dayok" with the fried shrimp. This delicious to eat when the rice is still a new cooked.

This dayok has been cooked with a rice which is also very delicious to eat.

I told you dayok has many uses it could very good as an ingredients to many and different dishes. And this one is very not just very but very very yummy.

This one is a Kare-kare and of course it was cooked with sauted shrimp paste.

Well this one has been process by a company, but actually it just a simple Shrimp paste with a little bit spicy. This could be a good viand to mango's.
